Returns

As a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The period starts on the day after you, or a person you named, receive the goods.

• Email vts.juhendaja@gmail.com with your order number and the items you’re returning.
• Pack the items securely, preferably in the original packaging.
• Send the parcel within 14 days of notifying us. Unless we agree otherwise, the direct cost of the return is paid by you.

We refund the payment, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until the goods reach us or you show that they’ve been sent. The money goes back to the original payment method.

You may examine the goods as you would in a shop. If their value has dropped because of further use — for example a racket that has been played with — we may reduce the refund accordingly.

You can submit a claim about goods that don’t conform to the contract within two years of delivery. Describe the problem, attach photos and send it to vts.juhendaja@gmail.com. We’ll repair or replace the product, or refund you, as the law requires.
