Gold Price Match
Gold Price Match — you send a link to the same product in an Estonian shop and we name our own price for you personally.
What it is
You found a product from our catalogue cheaper in another Estonian shop. You send the link from our product page — we look at it and name a price for you personally.
It is an offer, not a promise of the lowest price. Our price may be lower, equal or higher: we look at the product, its availability, its warranty and the terms of that sale. There is no automatic price matching.
A person makes the decision, not a program. That is why the answer does not arrive instantly.
Who it is for
The feature works for current Gold club members. Everyone sees the panel on the product page, but only a club member can send a request.
If the membership has ended, a request cannot be sent. An offer already issued still stands until its own deadline.
How many requests
One sent request per calendar month per person. The month is counted in Estonian time (Europe/Tallinn): a request sent on the 1st at 00:30 belongs to the new month.
The request itself spends the attempt, not the deal that follows it. Whether we name a price or decline, whether you buy or change your mind, whether the offer runs out of time — this month's request is spent either way.
An unpaid or cancelled order does not give the request back. The price we named stays yours until its deadline, but you cannot ask for a price on another product in the same month.
If no request was created — the link was not accepted, the sending failed — the attempt is not spent: only saved requests count. Two clicks on the button also make one request, not two.
The date of your next request is shown in your account under Gold Price Match: it is the 1st of the next calendar month.
One request, one product
A request is tied to the product in our catalogue whose page you sent it from, and to the one link you sent. A link to a category, a selection or a list of models does not work — we need the page of that same product in that shop.
The product in a sent request cannot be swapped. Otherwise one request could walk through the prices of every model in turn, and the point is to name a price for the one you actually chose.
Which link we accept
- An Estonian shop: an address in the .ee zone. Prices in other countries carry other taxes, delivery and warranty, and comparing with them would be unfair to both sides.
- The link leads to the page of that particular product, not to the shop's front page.
- It is an ordinary http or https link — no login and password in the address and nothing else attached.
- The same product: the same model, year and bundle. A different product is a reason to decline.
The address you send is checked automatically against lists of malicious and fraudulent sites. We do not open the site itself automatically — a person opens the link in a browser when the request is reviewed.
How long an offer lasts
Every offer has a deadline — usually a week. The exact date is in your account next to the price.
After that the price stops working and the request moves to «expired». That does not prevent a new request next month.
How to use the price
When the price is ready, a button appears in your account. The personal price is applied automatically on the product page and in the cart — nothing to type in.
The price applies to one unit. Any further units are sold at the normal price, in the usual way.
Payment, delivery and returns are the same as for any other order.
No other discount on top
The personal price is final. Neither the Gold club discount, nor promo codes, nor gift codes, nor credits apply to it.
Other products in the same order keep their usual discounts and credits — the personal price limits only its own line.
If the order does not go through
An unpaid or cancelled order does not spend the offer: it returns to your account and stays available until its deadline.
An offer counts as used only after the order is paid.
The month's request does not come back, though: it was spent the moment it was sent. A failed order gives you a second chance to buy at the price already named, not a second chance to ask for one.
If we decline
A decline always comes with a reason — you see it in your account. The usual ones: a different product, the other shop is out of stock, the price includes a bundle or a service, the link does not open.
A decline spends the month's request: a decision has been made.
What happens with your data
The request holds the link you sent, the product from our catalogue and your account. The shop sees this — it is what a price decision needs.
A notice about the request goes to the shop's own mailbox. Requests are not passed to anyone outside the shop.
